Returns & Refund Policy

At efe, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@efescents.com with your order number
  2. Provide photos of the unopened, unused product in original packaging
  3. Receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us with the return authorization number clearly marked
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

3. Refund Amount

  • Full refund of the product price will be issued upon approval
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or tested fragrances
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Travel size or sample products
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at support@efescents.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will provide a replacement or full refund without requiring the item to be returned.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for unopened, unused items within 14 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. If the new item has a higher price, you will be responsible for the price difference. If lower, no refund of the difference will be issued.

7. Refund Timelines

  • Return authorization issued within 24 hours of request
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item
  • Refund may take 3-5 additional business days to appear in your account depending on your bank
