Opened fragrances, personalised items, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return. This is to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our clients.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photographs of the damage or discrepancy. We will arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The timing of the credit appearing in your account depends on your payment provider.

The efe Circle is a quiet recognition of those who share a deeper connection with the house. It is not a membership programme. There are no points, no tiers, no transactions.
There is no application. Inclusion in the efe Circle is extended at the houses discretion. The criteria are not disclosed.
Not seeing the efe Circle in your profile does not mean something is missing. It simply means an invitation has not yet been extended. This is entirely normal.
